Craving to have Pizza but no time to bake or no patience to wait for your Pizza dough to get double and ready!! No problem, Pizza Muffins are here to the rescue!

Either as a solution for that Pizza Craving by having all it's goodness in a Muffin, or simply for the love of Muffins, these cheesy Pizza Muffins are really awesome!
I made these Pizza muffins in my kitchen and loved the taste and the feel. Soft, Moist, Delicious savory Muffins with all the goodness of Pizza!


So here I am, sharing the Eggless Pizza Muffins recipe with you! These muffins are really easy to make! And to make them a healthier, I have added Olive Oil and replaced half of the All Purpose Flour (APF) with Whole Wheat Flour (50-50) though you can even replace it fully! Veggies can be added as per the preferences, just like the toppings on your Pizza! For today, I have added Sweet Corn, Green Bell Pepper, Tomatoes and Onion.

  • All Purpose Flour (APF) । मैदा - 1/2 cup
  • Whole Wheat Flour । व्होल व्हीट आटा - 1/2 cup
  • Cornflour or Cornstarch । कॉर्नफ्लोर - 2 tbsp
  • Baking Powder । बेकिंग पाउडर  - 1 tsp
  • Baking Soda । बेकिंग सोडा - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt । नमक - 1 tsp
  • Powdered Sugar । शक्कर का बूरा  - 2 tsp
  • Black Pepper powder । काली मिर्च पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
  • Garlic Powder । अदरक पाउडर - 1/2 tsp
  • Pizza Seasoning । पिज़्ज़ा सीजनिंग - 1 tsp
  • Olive Oil । तेल -  1/4 cup
  • Yogurt or Curd । दही - 1/2 cup
  • Milk । दूध - 1/2 cup
  • Pizza Sauce or Ketchup । पिज़्ज़ा सॉस - as required
  • Cheese । चीज़ - 1/2 cup + extra to sprinkle on top ( I used Mozzarella & Cheddar Cheese mix)
  • Chopped Vegetables । सब्ज़ियां - 1/2 cup ( I used Onion, Capsicum, Tomatoes and Corn kernels)
  1. Pre-heat the oven at 200 degree Celsius and line your Muffin try with the Muffin liners and grease them with Oil spray. 
  2. Take all the dry ingredients (from APF to Pizza Seasoning) in a bowl or a plate and mix it using a fork.
  3. In another bowl, take Curd/Yogurt, Oil and Milk and mix well till smooth consistency is formed. You can use hand blender or a Mixer also as I mentioned in the Banana Coconut Muffins recipe.
  4. Add the dry ingredients in 3 batches and fold in gently. Next, add chopped vegetables and Cheese and mix well.
  5. Fill the Muffin liners 1/2 full, next add a tsp of Pizza Sauce in each liner and add the remaining batter equally in all the liners and then add some more Pizza Sauce. Sprinkle some cheese on top of each Muffin.
  6. Bake the Muffins at 180 degrees C for 20 minutes and then on 220 degrees C for 2 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean.
  7. Let the Muffins cool down for 5 minutes in the tray and then take them out on a wired rack and cool them completely before serving!
