Summer Parfait with Mangoes, Yogurt and Granola | मैंगो पारफे

Parfaits are so versatile and can be prepared in numerous ways as per the available ingredients or the kind of mood you are in! :) They are healthy, satisfying and quick breakfast options even on engaged weekday mornings.

In Summers, I want to make as many recipes as I can with Mangoes before the season is over. I tried Mango Crisp, Mango Rabri, Shakes etc. and many more are on my to-do list!

Therefore, there are Mangoes in today's recipe but you can also use the fruit of your choice to layer the Yogurt and Granola. I have prepared Mango Yogurt for this recipe. If you are in hurry, you can also use plain Yogurt like I do sometimes on a hustled morning! I layer the Yogurt, Granola and the Fruit on top of each other in that sequence and voila, the healthy and filling breakfast is ready in no time.

Mango Parfait Recipe

Prep Time:  10 - 15 Mins  |  Cooking Time: 0  | Serves - 3 people


  1. Yogurt | Thick Curd | दही  - 300 gms
  2. Mangoes । आम - 500 gms or 2 large
  3. Sugar । शक्कर - 2 tbsp
  4. Granola । ग्रेनोला - 1 cup


  1. Peel and slice the Mangoes.
  2. In a mixer jar, take the Curd, Sugar and slices of one Mango and pulse it for few seconds to make a smooth Mango Yogurt or Mango Lassi. 
  3. In the serving glasses, layer the Mango Slices, Granola and Mango Yogurt in the same order until the glasses are full and garnish with some more Mango slices and Granola on the top.
